Lone Legacy Automatic Gates in Houston is a family owned and operated company founded by John Coker, who has worked in the Garage Door, Gate, & Iron Works industry since he was 16 years old.

John started out as a welding apprentice working for a custom iron fabrication company that specialized in all types of wrought iron home furnishing including light fixtures, iron gates, & furniture.  There he gained a great skill for detailed welding fabrication that taught him the necessity of paying attention to details.

He spent 5 years serving in the United States Navy as an in flight avionics tech where he gained valuable training that furthered his knowledge & skill in gate electronics and access control systems.   His knowledge and experience in the gate repair & gate opener business has gained the respect of custom home builders, architects, and customers throughout the Houston metroplex.
